The
music is available for licensed, royalty-free use. The
license
grants specific rights, and defines the limitations of use. To
sum it up, as a licensee, you would be able to use the music in
your film and video projects. You can use it in as many projects
as you like, and the license lasts for 99 years.
You do not have to file a cue sheet with a
performing rights organization, unless your project is going to
be used in a radio or television broadcast. There is no
additional cost to you, and I can supply a blank cue sheet.
You
are not allowed to sell or share the library music. If you have
friends who would like to use the music for their projects, tell
them you can get them a discount.
Not only will they get a
discount, you will get a referral discount on your next
purchase. |
You are not allowed to copy the music
except in synchronization with your film or video project.
You will not attain any ownership of
copyrights. You are buying the physical CDs and licensing the
music contained on the the CDs. I will remain the copyright
owner of all the music.
